SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer three levels of shipping service within the United States:
- USPS First Class Mail - 2-5 Business Days
NOTICE: First Class Mail can currently take up to 5-10 business days. - USPS Priority Mail - 2-5 Business Days
- USPS Express Mail - 1-2 Business Days
* FREE SHIPPING is shipped USPS First Class Mail. Free Shipping may not be available during specific promotions or sales.
Normally, all orders received by 3 pm will be shipped the same day pending in stock inventory. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will ship the following business day. During times of high-sales volume (i.e.: Special Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), orders maybe processed within 1-3 days.
Please Note - We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address due to an autofill error. Please double check shipping and billing addresses before placing your order.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
TreadBands does not ship on the weekends or the following observed holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr Day
- President's Day
- Washington's Birthday
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Columbus Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Day and the day after
Orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.
PROMOTIONS
Sales, promotional prices, discounts or coupons will only be accepted during the time of the sale or promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively. Sale pricing cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise noted.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and best possible customer care. If you are not satisfied with your headband purchase, simply return it in its original condition with the packaging for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Please print and include our Returns and Exchanges form below. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on Custom order, Masks or Gaiters.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please email us at info@treadbands.com.
Products purchased from Authorized Dealers (online or in-store) must be returned to that dealer for return or exchange.
Return Instructions
- Simply refer to the packing slip provided with your order for return instructions and address label. Please also include the following information:
- Your name
- Return address
- Convenient phone number to reach you during the day List of items sending back
- Reason for return
- Please return your items using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation, such as: FedEx, UPS or USPS.
- TreadBands is not responsible for packages lost in transit and will only assume responsibility for items delivered to and signed for by our Receiving Department.
- Returned items that are requesting an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Turnaround time for returns and exchanges is normally processed within one week if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 4 business days of processing your return once the item have been received by TreadBands.
- Replacements will be treated as new orders where shipping charges may apply.
